Chef Carmine Labbozzetta grew up in a traditional Italian family with fond childhood memories of eating and sharing traditional Italian food, cooked with love creating an experience like no other.

 

Food and eating is an experience, sharing it with family and friends is truly sacred and should be cherished.

 

The simplicity in the name ‘Il Piatto’ (The Plate) reflects their humble beginnings and a desire for you to embrace the same experience with their woodfire grilling and roasting of ‘hand cut’ steaks, fresh seafood, organic chicken and traditional thin crust pizza.

 

Whether your after a traditional rustic Italian meal or perhaps something new from our contemporary cuisine prepared on either fired grill or baked on one of our two open hearth wood fired ovens.
